2025 Annual Conference

Navigating Change: Leading through Defining Moments

NADOHE welcomed more than 1,000 people to Chicago for its 19th Annual Conference, which took place March 5-8, 2025. Through daily keynote addresses, special sessions, and dozens of concurrent sessions, the conference equipped attendees with tools, strategies, and insights needed to guide institutions and higher education more broadly through evolving conditions and stay resolute in promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and belonging.

"This year’s NADOHE conference was needed more than ever before," said Paulette Granberry Russell, president and CEO of NADOHE. "The sense of community was evident throughout the week. Thank you to everyone who joined us, presented, and continues to support our Association in this critical moment."

Throughout the conference, the 2025 Inclusive Excellence Award winners were announced. Members can view the winners here.

During the annual membership meeting, NADOHE Board Chair, Clyde Wilson Pickett, introduced four new board members. NADOHE members can view the full list here.

Pickett also announced the board's approval of NADOHE's newest chapter. The Illinois Chapter is the Association's 19th chapter, providing members with opportunities to connect with colleagues and access resources relevant to their geographic area and/or area of interest.

We hope to see everyone at the 20th Annual Conference. Stay connected with NADOHE through membership and on LinkedIn for details.
